eat like you're not hungry
Julio is pretending he's not hungry to avoid me petting him while eating. Apparently he didn't like my stroking his tail the other day after all...
He looks sideways at the food in my hand, looks at Stubbly eating it from my hand (which is a first for her), then pretends he doesn't care, then comes back to shove Stubbly out the way and get a bite, then moves away and keeps pretending he's waaayyy uninterested.
1-2 hrs later I look out the door and he's crying for more food like he's starved for days. Typical cat of mine.

This is somewhat old news but needs to be recorded: Grace broke Anita's (and mine) record of multiple shoe orders, with 9 PAIRS ! Anita's was 5.
