Julio DeCat is a spoiled chipmunk. He's not fit enough to climb the wall with his siblings, not fast enough to outrun Peter-the-Ugly Cat, and gets furious over nothing.
Ergo, he's a baby who needs to learn to tame his inner lion, and stop:
a) stealing his brother's food from under his nose
b) terrorizing his little sisters (and stealing their food too)
c) biting his mommy's fingers
d) eating Peter's leftovers (he's doing better in this since Peter was effectively banned from the garden and surrounding areas)
e) feuding with Peter in the alley (which led to his eye scratch)
f) ruining his diet by crying at the neighbors' (each and every one's) door for extra food
g) bringing dead squirrels, birds, and mice at the doorstep as a bribe for more catfood
h) being terrified of staying indoors and bawling when his mom closes the door behind him
i) screaming murder at the sight and smell of his eye drop medication
j) going to the bathroom in the back yard because he's too lazy to walk (and unfit to climb the wall) towards the jungle
k) turning wild every time he's being picked up and held
